PROJECT OBJECTIVE
The company needed to reduce user labour costs when closing the financial period in the OeBS system and to ensure transparency and predictability of task management in the central office and regions.
For these purposes, in three months we have created and implemented a system for closing the financial period based on Oracle Hyperion Financial Close Management.
The project included the formation of the functional and technical architecture of the system, setting up tasks, templates, notifications and the implementation of the required integration mechanisms.

Before switching the system to pilot operation, we trained experts and end users of MTS.
