Due to the changes in the company’s processes, the client had to develop a system to automate the processes of maintaining agreements for lease of sites, channels and real estate both for the parent company and for the MTS retail network, one of the largest in the country.
As part of the work, it was necessary to analyse the business processes of maintaining contracts, configure and install the system, including the development of behaviours, develop a strategy and procedures for the migration of historical data and reflect all changes in the design documentation.
