Accounting system based on Oracle JD Edwards Real Estate Management platform
Due to the changes in the company’s processes, the client had to develop a system to automate the processes of maintaining agreements for lease of sites, channels and real estate both for the parent company and for the MTS retail network, one of the largest in the country.

As part of the work, it was necessary to analyse the business processes of maintaining contracts, configure and install the system, including the development of behaviours, develop a strategy and procedures for the migration of historical data and reflect all changes in the design documentation.
When completing the system, we integrated MTS software: Oracle e-Business Suite R12 and JD Edwards Real Estate Management module, which is responsible for monitoring the construction and commercial operation of real estate.
In addition, we developed a software solution to support the registration and processing of correction documents for already paid invoices, a solution to control the validity and renewal of lease agreements and more than 10 other solutions and improvements to support the client’s business processes.
