«ROSTELECOM» Telecommunication Company provides services in all segments of the industry market throughout the country and is the leader in the market for broadband Internet access and Pay TV.
The company also develops new generation mobile communications and wireless networks. After reorganisation in 2011, the merged company «Rostelecom» decided to switch to a unified enterprise management system.
We needed to support the merger of the company and create a system that would allow us to manage an organisation with branches throughout the country. This project was carried out by our company as a subcontractor for one of the largest IT companies.

In January 2016, we launched a package: the corporate centre and the Moscow branch of Rostelecom, after which we began to deploy and develop the system in the regions. In fact, every quarter we launched the solution in one or two regions.
We have implemented modules that automate financial planning and data consolidation, tax and management reporting, management of purchases, accounts receivable and payable, fixed assets, cash flow control, management of investment projects and various financial instruments, as well as personnel management (accounting, salary, timesheet).
This is the largest deployment of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 in Russia.
