Improvements to Siebel 8.1 functionality

PROJECT OBJECTIVE
OTP Bank is a member of OTP international financial group (OTP group). This is a universal credit organisation that offers a wide range of banking services and products for corporate clients and individuals.

In 2009, the bank implemented a unified front-office solution based on Oracle Siebel CRM, which makes it possible to quickly bring various loan products to the market. Since then, the system has been regularly upgraded to new versions.

After switching to Siebel 8.1 in 2015, the bank launched a project to implement a new business process based on OpenUI technology with significant interface customisation.

This made it possible to implement many business ideas in the processes of consumer lending and work with the agent network. We also improved the functionality of the system, which supports changes in the processes of issuing loans.
