Project Goal

Improvement of the speed and efficiency of emergency medical services through prompt receipt and processing of calls and providing complete and reliable information about the status of mobile teams for dispatchers at any time.

The solution that we deployed in late 2015 is an automated system, which covers all activities of the emergency medical service.

The data from operator are automatically transmitted to the dispatcher who sends a call to the nearest mobile team.

The information about location of the vehicle ambulance car in real time is displayed in the OpenStreetMap window, vehicles are provided with GLONASS systems.

The mobile team also uses mobile devices to work with the system. The driver can plan an optimum route taking into account the traffic situations and doctor or paramedic can fill in the call card using tablet rights when services are rendered.

Additionally, we reduced the cost of personnel and vehicle fleet maintenance. The region was provided with an information system, which automates in an integrated manner all emergency medical services processes, which allows for continuous monitoring and analysis of the performance of emergency medical services in the entire region.
