Reduction of administrative barriers, optimization and improvement of the quality of state and municipal services including cervices provided in Multifunctional Centers, reduction of customer's costs.
In 2015, Moscow Region launched a single platform which helps to automate the activities of all participants of the service rendering process relieving them from the paper-based document flow which also controls the servicing process and simplifies the obtaining of services for citizens.
Introduction of the Single Information System resulted in the automation of the work of Multifunctional Centers and employees providing the state and municipal services.
The system is used in more than 100 multifunctional centers in 68 municipalities of Moscow Region. Additionally, around 200 officials from the region passed training.
