Upgrading Siebel 8.1 functionality

OTP Bank (Russia)

is a member of international financial OTP group, which is a diversified lending organization providing a broad range of banking services and products for corporate customers and individuals.

In 2009, the bank introduced a single front-office solution based on Oracle Siebel CRM allowing for fast introduction of various lending products to the market. Since that time, the system has been regularly upgraded.

After migration to Siebel 8.1 in 2015 the bank launched a project for implementation of a new business process based on technology OpenUI with significant customization of interface.

This allowed to implement numerous business ideas in the retail lending and agent network management. We also upgraded the functionality of the system, which supports the changes in the lending process.
